myTrack adalah solusi Vehicle Tracking System atau Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL) yang cost-effective, memanfaatkan teknologi Global Positioning System (GPS), GSM/GPRS, dan Internet. Dengan sistem ini pemakai dimungkinkan mengetahui lokasi kendaraannya yang dimonitor secara real-time dan otomatis.
Artinya Pemakai dapat melihat lokasi, arah, kecepatan dan rute yang sedang dan sudah dilalui kendaraannya pada sebuah peta yang ditampilkan di layar komputer, PDA maupun smart phone.
Selain itu, myTrack juga secara otomatis memonitor, membuat laporan, dan bahkan memberi alert untuk kejadian-kejadian tertentu. Alert dapat dilihat di layar komputer ataupun dikirim melalui Short Message Service (SMS) kepada Pemilik.
